This document contains the privacy policy regarding personal data applied by IMILANI S.r.l., the company that manages the contents of the website www.imilani.com (the “Site”). It describes the procedures for managing the processing of any personal data collected from Visitors who simply browse through the pages of the website, or from Users who actually use the services that IMILANI S.r.l. provides through the Site. This privacy policy aims to implement that set out in the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003) and that set out in (EU) regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (“GDPR”).

It is worth noting that this privacy policy does not concern websites other than the Site that can be accessed or consulted through links present in the Site itself. We advise Visitors and Users who connect to these other websites to consult their relative privacy section

PLACE AND AIMS OF DATA PROCESSING

The data collected by the Site is processed at the headquarters of iMilani S.r.l. (specified above) exclusively by employees or collaborators of iMilani S.r.l. specifically assigned to these tasks. The personal data acquired from visitors using the website or provided by Visitors and/or Users forwarding requests for information are used exclusively for the purposes of carrying out the service/s or supply requested and are forwarded to third parties only in the event that this is strictly required to achieve the same or required by law. No data deriving from the services provided is communicated or disclosed to third parties external to iMilani S.r.l ..

Any request relative to the data processing can be sent to the certified electronic mail box of IMILANI S.r.l. or to the address privacy@imilani.it.

PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION METHODS

Personal data, of any nature, sent by the User/Visitor while using the Website in order to access the services provided, i.e. to view certain content in order to carry out requests via e-mail, shall be archived in hard-copy or digital format. The data provided by the Users/Visitors will be communicated to third parties only if strictly necessary to fulfil the requests of the Users/Visitors themselves. We nonetheless advise the Users/Visitors to only transmit the requested information when filling in the data transmission fields, excluding any other unnecessary data (such as, for example, names or personal data not requested, even belonging to third parties).

Should the Users/Visitors voluntarily enter data that is incorrect, misleading or belonging to third parties (without being authorised in advance by the latter), iMilani S.r.l. shall regard the transmitting subject responsible for any damage the company may suffer for the sole fact of processing data not sent by the legitimate data subject.

ACQUISITION OF COMPUTERISED DATA

The computing systems and software procedures used to operate the Site acquire, over the course of their normal operation, certain personal data elements the transmission of which is implied in the use of Internet communication protocols. This data concerns information that is not collected for being associated with identified interests, but which for its very nature could allow for identifying the users through its processing and association with data held by third parties. This data category includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by the users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the server’s reply (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relative to the operating system and the user’s computing environment. This data is used for the sole aim of acquiring anonymous statistical information on the website’s use and to monitor its correct operation, and is deleted immediately after being processed.

OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA CONFERRAL

Apart from that specified for computer data, each User / Visitor is free to provide personal data to request information material or request other types of services offered by iMilani Srl. Failure to provide the personal data requested may obviously make it impossible to obtain the service since the Site cannot interact with anonymous subjects.

RIGHTS OF USERS/VISITORS

The data subjects have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of the data itself and to be informed about its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its addition, update or correction. The data subjects also have the right to request the deletion, transformation into anonymous format, or the blocking of the data processed in violation of law, and, in any case, to oppose it being used, for legitimate reasons. Any such requests should be addressed to iMilani S.r.l., with registered office in via Stazione Rossano 13 – 36027 Rosà (VI), or by using the “contact us” section of the website. In order to facilitate the ability to delete data held concerning a User/Visitor, the Website, where possible, allows for this to right to be exercised rapidly as per the Newsletter system.

In accordance with the GDPR regulation, Users/Visitors are granted the ability to:

  • a) obtain confirmation of the existence of the processing of their personal data (art. 15 GDPR);
  • b) request the correction of or addition to said data (art. 16 GDPR), the deletion (art. 17 GDPR) or the limitation of the processing (art. 18 GDPR);
  • c) request portability (art. 20 GDPR);
  • d) oppose the processing (art. 21 GDPR) or withdraw their consent at any time (art. 7, 8, 9 and 10 GDPR), without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing before consent was withdrawn;
  • e) make a complaint to the supervisory body (Privacy Guarantor).

DATA CONSERVATION

Personal data is processed in hard-copy format and/or using automated tools for the time strictly required to carry out the tasks for which it was collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

REQUESTS – CLAIMS

Any request concerning the personal data processing can be addressed to privacy@imilani.it without using any particular form.

Furthermore, the User/Visitor can always resort to the Italian Data Protection Authority (http://www.garanteprivacy.it/) to submit claims in relation to any conduct deemed to be in breach of the privacy laws.
